Warranty and Returns

At GoHerbal we only sell the best quality products, we cover all our products under a 3 month warranty, unless a longer period is covered by the manufacturer and stated on the product package.
Warranty covers products that are faulty on delivery or become faulty during regular use, if the product is found to have been used in not the intended manner we may reject the warranty return.
Any product found to be faulty will be replaced with the exact same item, in the event that the product is no longer available to replace we may at our discretion replace it with a newer version of the same product.
Warranty returns cannot be exchange for a cash refund.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of the products we sell, if a product is not satisfactory it must be reported to us within 2 days of the article being delivered to your address.
The 2 day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their product. Where there is no proof of delivery this date will be assumed to be 5 business days after dispatch of the product.
The product must be posted within 2 days of requesting a refund and it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage back to our shop (unless the item is faulty).
Products must be returned in original packaging in a saleable condition.
After receiving the returned products GoHerbal will issue a refund within 7 days through the method of payment that was used for the order.

How do we handle Warranty or Change of mind returns?

In order to organize a warranty return or a change of mind return under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify GoHerbal by emailing sales@goherbalone.com with your order number and a reason for return.
The customer must comply with the directions of the GoHerbal staff in order to facilitate the return, it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage back to our shop
In the event that a replacement is not available and a refund is offered the refund will be the amount of the purchase excluding the delivery cost as specified in the customer’s order.
